Description:
We’re currently amidst the section of the eightfold path that looks at our everyday lives, and, of course, our communication is a HUGE part of our lives. This talk will look at the basic suggestions the Buddha has for wisely engaging in speech.
As one little teaser, Oren Jay Sofer, a contemporary teacher who teaches Buddhism and NVC, was once asked, “what is the essence of right speech?”
He replied, “words that lead to awakening.”
