The following series of 15-minute talks was recorded during the virtual morning meditation group that meets 365 days a year.
Throughout 50 talks and 1 guided meditation, the series explores the three root afflictions of craving, aversion, and delusion (lobha, dosa, and moha). In Buddhism, one of the definitions of nibanna/enlightenment is the absence of these three afflictions (kilesas). My own teacher, Sayadaw U Tejaniya, put working with them front and center in his teaching style.
