In this talk, we’ll look at some of the broader societal implications of wise consumption. It will be something like: being an American in a consumer-capitalist world X interconnectedness X right intention.

We’ll cover everything from the problems inherent in consumption to the Buddha’s surprising commentary on wealth to common pitfalls of wise consumption (i.e. trying to do everything perfectly “woke”) to what we can actually do to bring more wisdom into our consumption life.
